Welcome to Bellissimo Boutique Hotel. We’re delighted to have you with us! To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our guests, we ask that you review and follow our check-in and checkout policies.
1. Rates and Taxes
- All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted rate.
- Additional fees may apply for special services or amenities beyond the standard room rate.
2. Payment and Terms
- Payment Policy: Full payment is due upon arrival.
- Card Fee: A 5% processing fee will be added to payments made by credit or debit card.
- No-Show Policy: No-shows or cancellations without notice will result in full payment for the reservation being charged.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit or card pre-authorization may be required at check-in to cover any incidentals. This hold will be released within 48 hours after checkout (depending on bank processing times).
- Refund Policy: Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, early departures, or changes in travel plans.
3. Check-In/Checkout Times
- Check-in: 1:00 PM
- Checkout: 10:00 AM (Late checkouts may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.)
4. Traveling with Children
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children should be supervised at all times, particularly in common areas like the restaurant.
- Occupancy is limited to 2 guests per room, including children under 10. (Please inquire about room availability for additional guests.)
5. Special Requests & Accessibility
- To make your stay as comfortable as possible, please inform us in advance of any special requests or dietary requirements (including allergies).
- Due to the property layout, some areas may have limited accessibility. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange any specific needs.
6. Parking
- Bellissimo Boutique Hotel does not offer on-site parking. Public parking options are available nearby at your own expense.
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked off-site.
7. Smoking Policy
- We are a strictly non-smoking hotel indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
8. Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol is available for purchase at the hotel, including a selection of wines, cocktails, and other beverages for your enjoyment.

- Respect fellow guests and staff by maintaining a peaceful environment.
- Glassware and ice are available upon request from the restaurant.
9. Age Requirement

- Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
13. Guest Safety
- Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay. The hotel is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.
14. Property Damages
- Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages to hotel property caused during their stay. Charges will be processed to the payment method provided.
15. Party Policy
- Parties or gatherings involving non-registered guests are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
16. Respect for All Guests
- To ensure a comfortable and peaceful environment for everyone, guests are expected to maintain quiet and respectful behavior. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the hotel.
17. Room Inspections
- The hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms for safety, maintenance, or suspected policy violations. Guests will be notified in advance, except in emergency situations.
18. Lost & Stolen Items
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. We recommend using in-room safes and exercising caution with valuables. Please contact the front desk for any lost and found inquiries.
19. Force Majeure
- The hotel is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
20. Third-Party Rights
- This policy is for the benefit of our guests and the hotel. No third parties will have any rights under this policy.
21. Waiver
- Failure to enforce any part of this policy does not waive our right to enforce it at a later time.
22. Severability
- If any part of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges will apply based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the arrival date:
• 15 days or more before arrival: No charge (0%)
• 14 to 6 days before arrival: One night’s accommodation charge
• 5 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total reservation
